To the "Smarties" of the Government this figure appears fine, when the poorest Thais are neglected their staple foods. Millions of liters of imported food grade palm oil, from the smarter Malaysians now are already on their way to the fuel pumps. All stores have large shelf areas sitting completely empty.
Poor folks can't afford olive oil or sesame oil at a ten-fold selling price!
