Living shrimps are considered a delicacy to some folks here!
This was filmed at a local everyday fresh-market!

Gung Den - dancing shrimp
It's a great dish, a bit like eating sherbert as it tickles your mouth as they wriggle.
Don't be shy, try it, you won't die and you know for certain that they are fresh.

On one of the Travel Shows here in Aust they showed these,
