Not sure if anyone will even read this as the message board is very small at the moment, but what are some of your thoughts on Bangkok as a city?
For me its great, I love every bit of it, its busy streets to the entertainment it offers at night.
The Traffic does get to me at times, but there is so much pro's then cons in my view

Personally I think Bangkok is way too busy and poluted, but I have been to worse cities in the world, The nightlife is good, but they do really need to do something about the terrible traffic. For me I rather Hun Hin or Phuket. Alot nicer then Bangkok

I dont like Phuket all that much, Hua hin is very nice. The place is clean and the beaches are alot more quiet then Phuket.
I was in Hua Hin last month and try to go a few times a year.
Its more of a relaxing place then a place to party

Bangkok is a dump, the place smell, too loud, too many people.
I try and stay away from that place as much as possible

Bangkok is ok for a couple off days i would say night life ok but there is much better places in thailand

Bangkok's heavily polluted, over crowded, chaotic and I love it. Always a pleasant change of pace to go up country though
