Virgins up for grabs in new film
Tuesday, May 11, 2010 » 03:22am
An Australian documentary about people selling their virginity looks set to proceed after the film maker found enough applicants.
According to the Daily Telegraph, Melbourne-based film maker Justin Sisely has spent over 12 months searching for male and female virgins to be auctioned off on camera in the US state of Nevada.
The auctions are to be held in a brothel, with each virgin getting $20,000 plus 90 per cent of the sale price while the brothel will be given the other 10 per cent.
'The hardest part is telling the parents, they hate me,' Sisely was quoted as saying.
Sisley has been warned by the Victorian government that he may face prostitution charges if he proceeded with the project, but one of the characters in the documentary disagrees.
'It's not going to be a regular thing, so in my head I can justify that I'm not going to be a prostitute,' said one of the film's 'stars', who uses the name 'Veronica'.
Family First Senator Steve Fielding has condemned the film.

20K?
Why would you pay that much for a girl with no experience? I rather pay for someone who knows what they are doing.
