spend a night on phi phi island, it is still a nice place, but anymore than a night and it gets a bit boring.
SO much to do, it all depends on what you like?
Do you like islands hopping? Diving? Nature? Animals? partying like a teen?

I have not been to Phuket in a while.
I am sure you will find a lot of tours available in Patong. If you know how to ride a bike, a ride around the coast is nice.
Just be careful as so many drunk tourists are on the roads.

We had a GREAT Time and looking foward to going back there again this year!! THANKYOU EVERYONE it made our holdiay easier. We did fall into the odd tourist trap but know better this time. LMAO We got the shock of our life when we landed and walked outside the Phuket Airport, the heat, the ppl everywhere it was like a made house. Thank heavens I pre booked a car via Phuketshuttle.com the driver was there waving our name on a piece of paper lol....
Anyway sorry for the delay but from the time we landed back in Sydney last May our lives litterally fell to pieces.
The person who we entrusted my spoilt pooch with "lost" her we found out at the airport when she came to get us (still missing)Mia was my "baby" that I got to help me with anxiety etc 6 years ago, I ended up in a terrible state with depression, anxiety etc... then on top of that I had to deal with a family member ( my Nan) with Dementia who passed away & having to sort out arrangements and affairs etc then another family member passing.... the list goes on.... (personal)
SO we are going back again this year.
Our first day out was also a shock to our system continually being harrassed every 2 steps , tuk tuk, taxi, suit, massage etc LOL once we settled down we just No Thanks and kept on walking... After awhile I think they got to know us and left us alone except those Absolute time share pushers... Said no speak english they soon left us alone aswell.
We had a blast we enjoyed the FantaSea Show, the Simon Cabaret, went to the Hardrock Cafe for lunch one day, went to to Phi Phi Island on a day trip. Elephant ride on a morning tour we went on.
We booked a taxi one day and we went to the Phuket zoo to which I had a good cry It was disgusting, we then went to butterfly farm and a couple of other places. We booked the same person who took us to the Phuket Night market.. after 90 mins we had enough. I got 2 handbags so I was happy. Did most of the other shopping in Patong area.
We went for daily Foot massages with what we called the "Blue Skirts" there werent far from the Patong Beach Hotel. We enjoyed our stay there it was quiet. When we wanted a bit of noise we went up the street, must say I LOvvveeeee Bangla Road of a night LMAO, considering we arent "party ppl" guess it was the atmosphere I enjoyed most. The ladyboys looked better than some women until they open there mouth and say ( G'day mate where ya from) in a very deep voice LOL now that did crack us up....
Starbucks was a daily treat of coffee and cheesecake... yummmyy.. Tours we booked from the outside stalls and we mananged to get great deals ranging from 1/2 to 1/4 price in most places. So planning on the doing the same this time around.
