I got a true 1-year Thai Business visa having a 1 year B visa. Don't know exactly the difference, but the one I just got I no longer have to do those lousy border runs every 90 days. Actually I've been here for 7 years and I used to go back to the State or Singapore often for work, but not much anymore...so anyway, for that last year I've had these forced "holidays" every 90 days because I don't technically have 4 Thai employees, only consultants. If anyone is interested, the best visa place I've found in all my years here is this law firm near the emporium (suk soi 39). Their website is thailandvisanow.com, but they do a lot of things. If anyone has any other experiences with them or another, I would like to hear.

Just testing Claudio at : THAIVISASERVICE.COM within a few weeks and will report accordingly. The company has been recommended to me by friends, its run by a European dude. Their pricing seems competitive. Previously I traveled to Malaysia on occasional runs, booked a sleeper-train and always returned with a fresh visa and relaxed, because I used to combine it always with a vacation or some scuba diving in Malaysia :speak_cool:
