I went to the new Thai Immigration office in Bangkok yesterday, I heard that it was much better than the old office, but was blown away on how much better it was.

The queue system has improved 100%, but the building is spectacular.

Streuth, that is quite a building.

Pity the photographer didn't move the bag of rubbish first

The building is one of the nicer buildings in Bangkok.
The queues are still long, but at least you can go have a coffee downstairs. The old immigration office looked like it was about to fall down.

I agree the complex is amazing. But trying to call them is still a nightmare, when you press a number for English, the lady has really broken English and I can not understand a word she is saying.
The amount of menu's you go through is just ridiculous.

They just need to fix the phone problem and the queuing system.

Lucky for some of us that we don't have to haul our sorry backsides to BKK every year. Khon Kaen Province is close enough.

It is a big improvement, but they should get rid of the tree's on the roof.

Hey hey, I was leaving in the taxi already at that point, that's the best I could get, while in motion from my taxi window
