Really difficult to find real 'old school' Chinese-style moo daeng here, as most have taken the convenient route towards red dyes and such.

What's the green stuff in the picture? Looks like pickles or cucumbers.

It is cucumbers.
This dish is loaded with fat and is a heart attack waiting to happen.

This is a great meal, anything Thai is the worst thing on earth to Johnny.
JOhnny, was it you in the video who wanted to burn the central world?

The sauce makes this meal.

It sounds wonderful! And if the health police are against it, I WANT IT! If I can't enjoy life while I'm here, when will I be able to? O.K. So I'm a hedonist. Being a politically incorrect follower of Zen and Taoism has advantages!

As far as I'm concerned, the PLEASURE POLICE can take a flying...(well, you get the idea)... for themselves! Lettuce, broccoli, etc., are all well and good, but if I can't get a heart attack from it, WHY BOTHER? I'm with you Ken. :diablo:

You can get this at most street vendors in Thailand. Don't even bother to make it as it goes for about 25 baht......... It is a really tasty dish and most people like it.
