will be visiting these places in 3 weeks,was just wondering if anyone had any particular beaches or hotels,resorts etc as recommendations or any other islands in the area worth stopping a day or 2?

i like nice nice quiet,uncrowded beaches,with clean deep water ideal for swimming/
