I am sure most people know the usual spots like Patong, Patpong, Soi Cowboy, Walking St etc. But what about the others? Are there any where not many tourists venture?

There are Red Light spots in every city, town and village in Thailand but they are not lit up with neon signs.
It is the farang influence that has encouraged gaudy, tacky areas to develop so outside the tourist spots the industry is more discrete.

If farang, maybe (if you're lucky).

Learn the lingo, learn the 'zones' of a city or town and then you shall see...

On Ratchadapisek Rd in Bangkok about 10pm+. Lots of female waving and waiting for drivers to stop and negotiate the price. They cause traffic though.
