Oishi restaurants are all around Thailand, they have a few types of restaurants which offer buffets, ramen noodle bar and hot pots.
Cuisine: Japanese
Oishi Japanese Buffets - The buffets offer a nice selection of Japanese food for a buffet, I am not really keen on buffets but Oishi is not to bad, some will offer sashimi and sushi while others only sushi. What I really like about it is that you can get your meat and veggies grilled just before you eat it. Not many buffets do offer that so the meat does not taste like it has been lying around for days.
You will also get sorba, fried rice, ice-cream sausages, variety of steamed dumplings and much more. While not the best Japanese food around, for a buffet it is good and I always leave happy as it always has a nice atmosphere.

Hot pots are either hit or miss, if your not a hot pot fan you probably won’t like it as I know plently of friends who hate hot pots and will disagree with me saying Shabu Shi has good food for a buffet.
